Mindful Birthing, Mindful Living
This workshop at the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine is an opportunity for perinatal health providers to learn and practice mindfulness, the universal human capacity to pay attention, on purpose, in the present moment. The instructor is registered nurse Nancy Bardacke.
