This monthly class — offered by the Cancer Risk Program of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center — is for individuals interested in learning about genetic risk for cancer. Topics include breast and ovarian cancer risk factors; genetic susceptibility risk factors; cancer susceptibility genes BRCA 1&2 and genetic testing; and guidelines for early detection of breast and ovarian cancer.
