Physician liaisons are your direct connection to care at UCSF. They can expedite the referral process, help you obtain follow-up information, and help resolve any issues that come up. Liaisons can also visit your practice or medical groups and examine specific health plans to provide more information.

The Physician Liaison Service responds to emails within two business days. If you call the service outside regular working hours, a liaison will contact you on the next business day.
The dedicated team at our Cancer Services Referral Center will help you refer adult patients to our cancer clinics as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can complete and fax the cancer referral form (PDF) or call for assistance.
