Overall, the provider is polite and courteous. She listens to concerns as well. However, she does not address messages directed at her in a timely manner and isn't completely clear at times what her intentions with treating me are.

I had a biopsy done. Before proceeding, I was asked to sign a consent form and a "Follow-Up Care Instructions" sheet. Good thing I memorized the follow-up care instructions because I never received a copy of that before I went home after the biopsy.

Dr. Naik spent so much time with me because I came so far to see her. She truly is an expert in HS and it was a very educational and insightful visit. She's absolutely lovely and so kind and wonderful bedside manner. So pleased with the visit.

She seemed to be in rush. I was expecting a more thorough exam but it was not

This was the first time I had seen this doctor and was very impressed with her knowledge, her compassion and her professional yet friendly demeanor!

Overall great experience. Just wish UC wait time for appointments was better. In this case it went well because I stressed urgency due to an upcoming surgery.However this past year it took months to be seen.Very stressful trying to get in for appointments.

Dr Naik is such a terrific doctor, it's very difficult trying to schedule an appointment with her. It should be noted here that it might be much easier to schedule an appointment with another doctor in the practice/clinic, but since I've never made an appointment with anyone else, I can't comment on the matter of scheduling except for appointments with Dr. Naik.
