Chelsea Stoklas

Chelsea Stoklas is a social worker who specializes in caring for patients living with HIV who have been affected by trauma and substance use. She offers medical case management (optimizing care by coordinating and integrating the support services each patient needs) as well as individual and group therapy. She is passionate about collaborating with patients so they are empowered participants in their health care.

Stoklas earned a master's degree in social work at Columbia University.
