Dr shah is amazing. She is patient with both me and with the doctors she is training. She is sensitive to my pain meds and always wanting the best for me. I'm very lucky to have her in my care team!

Dr Ann Shaw was excellent and I felt very comfortable. However the person administering the actual shot was less than friendly, did not communicate well and seemed irritated.

Love Dr. Shah and all her staff. They are always so very kind and show much concern for any issues I am having. I feel like a patient and not just a number.

Note a resident physician provided most of the preliminaries and the supervising physician directed her during the procedure. I would rate the resident "very good"

I didn't feel as I got adequate pain management during procedure . It was very painful . I have had this exact procedure at Stanford and it was not like what I experienced at UCSF.
