Dr. Diaz is phenomenal. He answered questions and even took the conversation to things we had not thought to ask about. The call was friendly and relaxed, with no sense of having to rush.

The doctor took the time to review my concerns/condition prior to seeing me. That is definitely a change from what I was used to in the past from other orthopedic surgeons. He was clear, understanding and this visit enabled be to assess if this is where I will get my knee replacement when that time comes.
