I was sad just knowing that we would not see Dr. Zheng again. She is so easy to communicate with. She made us feel confident in our decisions.

In 2011 I was told I had a good 10 years when diagnosed with Chirrosis. I now feel someone is going to follow me through this problem. I am 81 and now feel I will probably finish my life in a normal way. I'm not going to worry anymore. That means a lot.

She was incredible, made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and was extremely friendly. She listened to anything I had to say and was super caring. She helped with the anxiety I had about the procedure.

Absolutely the best first visit I've experienced. Despite my complicated history and tendency to branch off in a variety of explanations they remained with me and listened in an empathetic manner to my concerns addressing all my questions.

Dr Zheng showed real concern about my health & explained things very well. Her explanations wiped out my worries. She spent time to make me understand why lab work is needed to identify the real problem. I like working with her for my health.
