Dr. Erica Brode is a family medicine doctor who provides comprehensive family- and community-oriented primary care. She has particular interests in women’s health, infant health and geriatric care.

Brode earned her medical degree at UCSF. She continued her training at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center through the UCSF Family & Community Medicine Residency Program.

Brode has a passion for innovation in primary care medicine as well as health policy. She has worked in Washington, DC, with the American Academy of Family Medicine, studying accountable care organizations (groups of health care providers cooperating to elevate treatment for people on Medicare). She also enjoys teaching medical students and residents, and fostering their interest in primary care.

    Dr. Erica Brode is one of the best medical professionals I have ever encountered. She is highly concerned about her patients, interested in one's medical problems, quick to do research and further make recommendations, listens to possible alternative health remedies along with crosschecking medications and other doctor's recommendations. She assisted me with referrals, which were difficult for me to make due to long waits. I appreciate all that Dr. Brode does for me. I feel mutually respected by her. She is the type of doctor that everyone should have as their primary care physician. It is an honor to know her and put my medical concerns in her trust.

    Erica Brodie is a terrific care provider. She is pleasant, respectful, patient and knowledgeable. She also goes further and advocates for you to specialists and tests you may need. I always look forward to my visits with Erica. I also like the Inclusion of the scribe at the meeting to tale notes. I give the physician more time for their personal attention with you.

    Dr. Brode is great! She really took the time to listen to my health worries and questions, and she made an effort to understand my medical history and me as a person. She's friendly and welcoming, and it's clear she wants to work together with me for my health. She also explained things to me in a way that I could understand, which I really appreciated.

    Dr Brode is the best. She always listens and is very patient with me as I have a long list of health issues. When I have any problems she always is quick to respond. I'm really lucky to have Dr. Brode working caring for me.

    Dr Brode is truly the best primary care doctor I have ever been to . She is very attentive, listens and is prompt to follow up to my questions and to test results etc. Always explains things in language I can understand ( I am non native English speaker)
