Inga Lennes

Medical oncologist

Dr. Inga Lennes is a medical oncologist who cares for patients with lung cancer. She specializes in managing lung conditions, such as pulmonary nodules, and is an expert in lung screening.

After earning her medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, Lennes completed a residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. She completed a fellowship in hematology-oncology at Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center. She also has a master of public health degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a master of business administration degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She serves as president of the UCSF Faculty Practice Organization and senior vice president of ambulatory services at UCSF.
