About me

Karim Bayanzay is a hospitalist, a specialist in caring for hospitalized patients. He manages the treatment process from admission to discharge and coordinates care from multiple specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes. When patients no longer need hospital care, he works closely with their primary care providers on designing the next stage of their treatment plan.

Bayanzay has diverse research interests, including using wave therapy for chronic pain, designing electronic health record systems and improving cancer care in Afghanistan.

Bayanzay earned his medical degree at Gulf Medical University in the United Arab Emirates. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Raritan Bay Medical Center.
