I bristled at a statement that I understood to question my symptoms and previous diagnoses by doctors. She recognized the problem, explained her reason immediately so that I could understand her reasoning. Problem solved. Proper diagnosis now far more possible. I appreciate enormously her rapid explanation!

The provider was very pleasant and professional. She listened to and answered all questions. She made sure we knew who to contact with any additional questions following the video visit.
