Dr. Lisa U. Pascual is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, also known as a physiatrist. She specializes in restoring and enhancing physical function in people with disabilities related to injury or illness.

After earning her medical degree and completing a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of California, Davis, Pascual joined the staff at Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center. She was appointed co-chief of rehabilitation services in 1996 and became chief of rehabilitation services in 1999. In 2003, she completed a two-year fellowship training program with the California Health Care Foundation.

Since 2003, Pascual has served as chief of Rehabilitation Services at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center. In 2019, she took on the additional role of section chief of physical medicine and rehabilitation in UCSF's orthopedic surgery department.
