    Great experience. After entering room,Dr. Laird immediately asked what did I want to talk about/ or what questions I had. She then answered each question separately & thoroughly. She checked my medical records &medications &agreed to consult with the transplant team regarding further treatment.

    Dr. Leard is always caring, attentive and never rushes me. She knows my history and provides guidance. She has been my pulmonologist since 2006.

    One of the best practitioners as are so many in the lung transplant clinic. She, Dr Leard, is as good as it gets.

    We have always felt that we are included as an active participant in our care. Always have any/all questions answered. I hope I never meet anyone who has the need for a transplant, but should that happen, I wouldn't hesitate at recommending UCSF.
