The full body exam didn't feel as thorough compared to other ones I have gotten before. Previous providers took their time, even looked at my ears and scalp, this was probably less than a minute and not as thorough as I would have liked.

My dermatologist is caring and engaged. She is truly superb!

Usually going to the doctor is something I do NOT look forward to but this is NOT the case with my dermatologist! She's the BEST!

Forgot the main point of after the assessment, which was to take a biopsy.

DrFasset seemed rushed today. In prior visits, she has explained everything very well. This time, explanations were too fast and less detailed.

Late waited 90 minutes past appointment time to be seen, wrote wrong prescription, did not send correct instructions to pharmacy which caused coverage complications, did not respond to urgent messages until four days later, no way to contact directly and only through mychart. Very very poor customer experience for first time visit to UCSF, would not recommend.

The conversations we had on the subject of possible causes and treatment of symptoms was cogent and sympathetic, if brief (follow up visit was about 15 minutes). The conversation was so abbreviated, however, that I didn't realize the appointment was over, at the end. The doctor walked out the door without a clear wrap-up.

So far Dr. Marilyn Hassett has exceeded my hopes.

Dr Fassett was an amazing doctor! She listened and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and patient, waiting to be sure that I didn't have any more questions. She was caring and concerned as she preformed minor surgery. Overall I'd say she was outstanding!!! Very good doctor.
