Dr Kang is always friendly and listens very well to how medications are affecting me. She makes changes according to what we discuss and I have great confidence in her ability to continue making excellent decisions on my behalf.

The provider conveyed that she was in a rush, for instance by saying "yes, yes, yes" rapidly as we were talking. But then when I said something that concerned her, she slowed down and listened. So ultimately I concluded that she was listening carefully, but was under time pressure.

Dr. Kang makes me feel like an old friend is welcoming me and listening carefully to me, even though I only see her once a year. In my most recent appt, she laid out a game plan and described the next steps depending on what upcoming test results showed and that made me feel confident about my care plan. I really appreciate Dr. Kang!
