    I always have a long wait to see Dr. Parikh. Also I wish she would spend more time talking to me. She doesn't really go into great depth in talking with me so I feel Iike I have to do my own research to find out more about cateract operations. I have other specialists in UCSF where I feel like I come away educated but not with her. She also spends most of the visit time looking at her computer screen not at me the patient. So I see her as a data analyst not as a physician. Doctors should spend patient time interacting with the patient, not glued to the computer screen.

    Dr. Parikh is thorough. She is also patient, kind, and professional, and listens to all questions a patient might have. She made me feel comfortable as she explained the details of my upcoming eye surgery.

    I don't know if there will be questions about the competency of my doctor and support staff, but I am thrilled with the procedure I had and how well I healed and how good my vision and eye health now are

    Difficult to recommend a UCSF physician after recent changes in UCSF retirees' coverage. Based solely on caregiver's service, I would highly recommend. However recent changes in a strictly UCSF policy allow only a qualified recommendation.

    Dr. Parikh is an outstanding ophthalmologist and involves me in clinical decision-making. I am comfortable with our current plan of surveillance for my eye issues.

    Dr Parikh was an excellent MD in her careful explanations and patience with my questions. I felt like she focused on me and despite a busy clinic she was not distracted when we were together. In all, I was pleased with my visit.

    After taking 90 minutes to see me, my doctor saw me for 5 minutes and told me that everything is normal and so I end the appointment. I DO NOT PLAN TO RETURN TO UCSF AND PLAN TO RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE.

She gives me confidence in what she is going to do so I an make decisions with her. She always is working for what is best for me.     Dr. P. Seemed to be in a hurry, and slightly confused about the tests that had been done when she saw me. I trust her, but I felt rushed during my visit.

    Dr. Parikh is wonderful! She really cared about helping to minimize/manage my eye problems. She listened, gave feedback and suggestions to help my blepharitis from now until my next visit scheduled in July. I couldn't be more impressed with her and her bedside manner!Love her!

    Dr. Parikh did not go out of her way to explain the YAG laser procedure, or the option, the first time back in 2020 when I had the cataract surgery.
