Dr. Yang was extremely accommodating to my requests. I felt well cared for.

I like my doctor which is why I continue to return, one small critique was that I felt he was not able to spend as much time with me this time, and the appointment felt rushed.

Exceptional service. I could tell that Dr Yang truly cared about helping me. This was shown by his thoroughness, diligence and friendly disposition throughout the entire appointment. What impressed me the most is that Dr Yang called me back into the clinic after my appointment was over because he had done some thinking and wanted more tests done. This demonstrates his ability to go above and beyond. In my entire life I've never met any healthcare provider who has done that before, cared for me to that degree beyond the boundaries of my appointment time.

My doctor is already busy

Dr. Yang is so patient and thorough. He explains everything and doesn't seem like he's in a rush to leave like many other doctors. I really appreciate it.

I was expecting more care and concern during my visit given this is a follow-up from my recent ER admission. Instead, I felt a similar experience I would've received at an urgent care facility

This was the first time I saw Dr Nghe Yang. I didn't feel rushed, he asked the right questions & was very knowledgeable.

The Doctor should have read the letter from the Surgeons office before seeing me. The surgeon specifically required an EKG before surgery because I am over 50. If I had not pointed that out, I would have been forced to return for an EKG. There should be a system to make sure the surgeons requirements are met so that this does not occur. However, the Doctor was friendly and thorough.

I feel the Dr. Was nice however, I do feel that when I was expressing my Issues he sort of over talked me and seemed he did not want to discuss any Issues further as if he needed to rush through the appointment. I asked questions about a previous test result in which I NEVER received a response from a previous physician and he did confirm that it is something that can possibly be a worry however, he did not provide me any information on how to move forward with such worrisome results. He also let me know that I should be reaching out to a physical therapist myself but didn't not mention that a referral would be put in or where exactly I should be seeing this PT. All in all I feel that the care I have received from USCF doctors had not been superior and I have a genuine worry for my health if I cannot express my concerns for my health without being brushed off by doctors.

Really appreciate Dr Yang's care. Listens to and addresses all concerns. Very responsive to mychart messages between visits.

Dr N Yang did not read my history prior to release medicine consultation . The conversation wasn't a two- way . He just explained what his opinion that he believes it's right . He's never been my doctor at all - he's part of the group . Poor professional demeanor !
