Always impressed when providers take the time to go over my history and ensure all medications and notes are up to date, make sure I understand everything they learn from the visit and give me chances to ask questions, engage with me in problem solving, and just generally treat me with patience and respect. Like I said in the visit, I learned as much as I possibly could have from a negative test. We also carefully considered whether the percutaneous allergy test would be helpful, and I felt neither pressured to agree nor dismissed for irrelevant concerns. I feel resourced to continue my search for what is wrong with my skin.Extra grateful for being asked if I wanted to be called anything different than the name in my chart. I don't, but I feel safer with people who think to ask. You were all very kind and it makes all the difference.
