    Dr Arikaki is superb as a medical clinician and as a provider. His patient care and manner is excellent. I have already recommended him to others, who now share my enthusiasm. Although he deserves promotion, please keep him at least some of the time in direct clinical care!

    Dr. Arakaki is great! I would highly recommend him. He is friendly and understanding, does a great job of explaining information. I also appreciate that he is wearing an N95 mask to keep patients safe in the clinic!

    All care providers at UCSF are under some imposed time pressures in terms of how many patients they see in a given period of minutes or hours determined by the administration. Care providers don't have the authority to change those limits unless an unforeseen situation arises. While I understand the need for some accountability, these restrictions have negative outcomes for both the patient and caregiver. Less regulations, please. More awareness of each flexible situation. The administration needs some courses in kindness.
