Dr. Liu provided excellent care -- she listened patiently, explained the options in detail, answered all of my questions, and offered helpful guidance for making decisions that are best-suited to my situation and needs. I really appreciated her kind consideration and care, as well as her professionalism and well-informed advice.

My first time seeing Dr. Liu and I felt very well cared for and treated. She made me feel comfortable and heard. Switching to a new provider can feel daunting but I was very happy with my new provider and feel confident that I'll be in good care at UCSF. Thank you!!

The visit still felt a bit rushed (probably inevitable), but it did feel like the provider was listening
