Dr. Therese Chan Tack is an internal medicine specialist who provides primary care for adults. She collaborates with her patients in delivering hands-on, holistic preventive care and in managing chronic diseases.
Chan Tack received her medical training at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. After finishing both her residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Loma Linda University Health, she completed a master of public health degree at the University of California, Berkeley.
Before coming to UCSF, Chan Tack practiced both primary care and hospital medicine with Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for three years.
