In most cases I would have checked "Exceptional". I have never been to UCSF where I thought I was getting anything but "exceptional" concern and care. That's why I drive 4 hours to get there and 4 hours home. Dr. Vu looked me in the eyes and listened to whatever I said and her answers/suggestions were perfect. She's pretty special.

The rudest person I have encountered at UC. No regard for others time. Only squeezed out a perfunctory apology after being scolded.
