Emily O'Regan

Emily O'Regan is a nurse who cares for patients with cancers of the chest, as well as their families, as they navigate diagnosis and treatment. She facilitates education on chemotherapy and immunotherapy, tailoring information to each case, and emphasizes compassionate support throughout treatment, including by managing side effects. She collaborates with a team of specialized doctors and nurse practitioners to ensure patients receive optimal care that meets all of their needs.

O'Regan earned her bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of Arizona. She has worked in oncology since becoming a nurse nearly 10 years ago.

O'Regan considers the Bay Area her home, and there's no place she would rather be than UCSF.
