Hidelisa Manibusan is a physical therapist who cares for patients with a variety of conditions, including cancer and musculoskeletal issues. She leads the rehabilitative care of patients with breast cancer as well as those with lymphedema (swelling from injury to the lymphatic system, which can be caused by breast cancer treatment). She assists in triaging patients with active lymphedema and teaching people about the condition. She enjoys helping patients return to their daily lives as well as educating providers on her areas of expertise, with the goal of building collaborative relationships across specialties. As someone who has been a caretaker herself, she is devoted to making sure her patients and their families have smooth and beneficial health care experiences.
Manibusan earned her doctorate in physical therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She also has an executive master of business administration degree from Auburn University.
Outside of work, Manibusan is a college football enthusiast, proud wife, and adoring mom to her daughter and her fur baby
