Melissa Yahr

Melissa Yahr is a family nurse practitioner who cares for patients with gastrointestinal carcinomas. She supports her patients before and after surgical procedures, and she educates them and their families about the disease process, treatments and ways to optimize quality of life.

Yahr earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, followed by a master's degree in nursing at the University of California, Davis.
