Monica Becks is a physician assistant who cares for adults having surgery for gastrointestinal cancers. She helps manage patients before and after their procedures.

Becks earned her bachelor's degree in general biology at the University of California, San Diego. She earned dual master's degrees in physician assistant studies and public health at Touro University California.

Prior to joining UCSF, Becks worked in Austin, Texas, caring for patients with gastrointestinal and liver conditions.
