Natalie Grigsby is an audiologist who provides comprehensive care, including diagnostics and rehabilitation, for adults with conditions related to hearing or balance. She has a particular interest in the anatomy of the vestibular system (the sensory system located in the inner ear that's involved in balance and spatial awareness), and she enjoys performing balance assessments as well as educating patients on the complex vestibular and hearing systems. She works closely with her patients and other care providers to improve quality of life through better hearing and balance.

Grigsby earned her doctor of audiology degree at the University of the Pacific. She completed a residency in audiology at UCSF.

An active member of the California Academy of Audiology, Grigsby has helped to plan its annual conference. She continues to share her audiological expertise as a visiting clinical professor for graduate students in audiology at the University of the Pacific.
