Dr. Mari-Paule Thiet is a perinatologist, an obstetrician who specializes in the prenatal period, particularly for high-risk or complicated pregnancies. She directs maternal-fetal medicine at UCSF.
Thiet earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Parkland Health & Hospital System. She completed a fellowship in maternal and fetal medicine at the George Washington University Hospital.
